Your Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transport Planner (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. Working alongside a small, motivated local team, you will coordinate 30 tractor units and 50 refrigerated trailers, ensuring the smooth operation of our fruit and vegetable transport activities.

Your goal: to plan loads as efficiently as possible while optimizing the use of personnel and the fleet—always in compliance with customer requirements, legal regulations, and internal guidelines.

Your Profile

Completed training in logistics

At least 3 years of professional experience in scheduling/dispatching

Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with employees and customers

High resilience to stress and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work

Good English skills; Romanian or Russian language skills are an advantage.
