Quality & Compliance Officer

Where will you be working?

You’ll be joining Alblas Transport 15236 Jacobsdorf. Short-term assignments at the other German branches during audits are part of the role.

We are a well-established family business with over 125 years’ experience in international transport and warehousing. With over 300 colleagues and a modern fleet, we operate in the Netherlands, Germany, Eastern Europe and China, amongst other places. What will you be doing?

• Managing and maintaining the quality management system
• Conducting and supervising internal and external audits

• Handling and following up on complaints, non-conformities and incidents

Job requirements

Your role in a nutshell
As Quality & Compliance Officer, you’ll be the key person responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety within our logistics organisation. You’ll know what’s going on, identify areas for improvement and ensure that agreements and procedures are adhered to in practice.

From audits and risk analyses to complaints and improvement programmes: you’ll keep track of everything and see things through. You’ll work closely with colleagues. Together, you’ll ensure that we not only meet the requirements but also continue to improve every day.

What do you bring to the role?

• You have relevant work experience relating to quality systems and audits
• You have knowledge of and experience with logistics and/or warehouse processes

• You speak and understand English well
